A Legal company wanted to expand their development capabilities, but was struggling to attract the right talent. They didn't want to rely on contractors or external consultants, but didn't have the capability to quickly hire and train new people at scale.
They were looking for people skilled in Java, Agile, Object Oriented design and web development frameworks but were unable to find the number of people required quickly enough to meet growth plans.
Corecom Technology Academy (CTA) worked with the company to recruit suitable junior people with the right technical aptitude and professional skills required, as well as matching to the company’s culture and values.
Following successful interviews and company onboarding, CTA provided training for the people in the range of tools and technologies required and then supported them in their transition to the company’s teams where they continued their learning and began to add value to project delivery.
The company were able to quickly add to their existing experienced development capability at a time of growth, enabling the company to increase their technology delivery throughput.
